ProTeA – Project Technical Assistance p.c. in collaboration with Educational Content, Methodology and Technology Laboratory (e-CoMeT Lab) of the Hellenic Open University, has undertaken the task to introduce 6 social minigames of the project Learn Play Manage – LPMnage, to specific focus-groups of trainees, in order to contribute to the evaluation process of the learning methodology.

Learn Play Manage - LPMnage is a European Project, funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci, Development of Innovation, sub-programme.

The project idea derives from the need that competences in international project management are essential and need to be applied often in different contexts and by different profiles of organizations due to globalization. Through LPMnage project, international partners are cooperating in order to increase the employability and mobility of European workers and professionals in the field of international project management.

Core deliverable of the project is the development of a set of social minigames aiming at the development of the necessary competences for optimum management of international projects. These minigames are focusing on: 

  • Communication
    LPMnage
  • Risk assessment and problem solving
  • Intercultural communication
  • Time management
  • Team building
  • Flexibility and adaptability

As a first step, ProTeA p.c. has organized an evaluation session with 15 trainees of EREISMA - VET training center. The evaluation session took place at EREISMA premises on July 23rd 2014 under the guidance of the representatives of the Hellenic Open University, e-CoMeT Lab. ProTeA executives acted as mentors of the trainees, introducing to them the 6 social minigames of the project.
